The Favorite Miniatures of Teresa Martínez

As you might know, I have been having a conversation with artist Teresa Martínez about her miniatures. I had requested to see a few of her favorite minis, and she sent me these two wonderful photos. These are two of the five miniatures that got her recognition as an IGMA Artisan.

The first is a fruit basket, and perhaps my very very favorite mini ever created by Teresa. Those of you who have been reading this blog for a while now, are surely aware of my love of grapes, and these are possibly the most luscious looking grapes I have beheld in minis.

The second photo below is a Spanish specialty: Jamón ibérico, or Iberian ham. It is a type of cured ham produced only in Spain.

Teresa hasn't had the chance to upload these photos on her blog or website yet, but has graciously shared them with us on The Mini Food Blog. I am very honored by her gesture, and proud to show off these wonderful minis for the first time on the web.

Love, Sumaiya
