Guava Cheesecake ~ Daisy Carpi

I have never tried Guava Cheesecake, but if it is as good as Daisy's miniature version, I know I would love it! Actually, I was born in the tropical country of Bangladesh, and growing up, fruits like guavas and mangoes were quite abundant. Since my move to Texas a long long long time ago, I can't even remember the last time I had a guava! Thanks Daisy, for a little taste of my childhood!
