Can I ask a question? When making minis of a filleded food, say the Pork you actually fill all of them, or just the ones you plan to have open to show the filling? This is probably a silly question, but it's something that has me curious.

Hi Deborah! That's not a silly question at all ;-)! When you can't "see through" something, there is no filling (apart from the open one), but when you can, I do add it. For example, some dim sum is translucent, so for those, I add filling :-D
