Pie Mash & Liquor ~ Debbie Wright

Pie Mash & Liquor: Minced beef pie and mashed potato, served with a type of parsley sauce called liquor, the sauce, however, is non-alcoholic. Liquor has a green color because of the parsley. It is traditionally made using the water kept from the preparation of the stewed eels.
