I think that you have captured the making of French Onion Soup to the Max! The onions are just right and so is the grated cheese. The bread looks nice and crusty on the outside and very tender in between. Excellent details. The aroma of this fabulous soup is wafting way over here where it is snowing!:( But I Would really enjoy a bowl, if you are coming my way! :D
