Sushi ~ Kiva Atkinson

Japanese Tobiko (caviar) sushi: garnished with wasabi and ginger


Japanese Inari sushi: little deep fried tofu pockets, filled with seasoned rice and sometimes with other ingredients, such as peas and carrots


Tamago (egg) sushi: served with wasabi and ginger


Spam musubi: this local Hawaiian delight consists of molded rice and a slice of fried spam wrapped with seaweed


Japanese Maguro and Sake sushi: also known as tuna and salmon


Japanese Tekka Maki sushi: filled with raw tuna and cucumber
